At the end of March 2022, Kombucha Brewers International organized the first ever kombucha competition in the world.
We have been looking forward to this competition for many years, especially to submit our kombucha Crystal, that is so unique to us.
Kombuchas from around the world were judged on several criteria:
– Appearance: fizz, hue, filtration…
– Aromas: tart, sweet, tea smell, ingredients, fermentation, off flavors…
– Flavor: tea taste, fermentation, balance, mouthfeel…
